Custom Fitting Instructions

Place the tray in hot water for approximately 60 seconds to soften the fitting material.

2. Bite & Mould

Bite down firmly for about 30 seconds to create a personalized impression of your teeth. Once fitted, adjust the jaw position using the two click-in settings to find your preferred fit.

3. Sleep Quietly

Care & Storage
